The information here is not advice
The pages on this site describe how we approach engineering work. They are written to be accurate and useful, and they are general. They are not advice for your particular system, and they are not a substitute for someone looking at it.
Figures, timings and results describe work we have done in the circumstances it was done in. They are evidence of what was possible there, not a prediction of what will be possible in a different system, and nothing on this site should be read as a commitment to achieve a particular outcome.

Enquiries and engagements
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not oblige us to accept work or you to proceed.
An engagement exists only once both sides have signed a written agreement that says what is being delivered, when, and for what. Anything on this site, including descriptions of services, phases and pricing, is an invitation to talk rather than an offer capable of acceptance.

Client work described here
Case studies on this site describe work we have done for clients. Where a client has asked not to be named, the engagement is described without identifying details, and some figures are given as ranges rather than exact values.
The engineering problems, the approach and the results are accurate as described. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear only with permission.
Intellectual property
The text, design, diagrams and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and use it to evaluate whether to work with us.
You may not reproduce substantial parts of it as your own content, or use it to train or fine-tune a model that is then used to produce competing material. Systematic scraping that disregards this site's stated access preferences is not permitted.

Availability
We aim to keep this site available and correct, and we do not promise either. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure upstream of us, and content may change without notice.
Limits of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jalandhar, Punjab, India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
