How Soludome Private Limited handles information collected through soludome.com, and what you can ask us to do with it.
In short
- We collect what you send us through the enquiry form, and the technical information needed to know how you found us.
- We use it to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertising platforms.
- We do use Google Analytics to measure which pages are useful. It gets a fixed list of page and event values, never anything you typed — see 'Analytics' below.
- You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@soludome.com.

Who this covers
This notice covers soludome.com and the enquiry form on it. It is provided by Soludome Private Limited, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, which is the data controller for the information described here.
It does not cover any third-party site we link to. Those sites have their own notices and their own practices, which we do not control.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer an enquiry and to understand which of our pages are useful. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics reseller anywhere on this site.
- What you send us: the name, work email, company, website, country, area of need, project description, budget range and timeline you enter in the enquiry form. Only the fields we need to reply are required.
- What your browser sends: the page you are on, the page that referred you, and which links and calls to action you use. This is measured with Google Analytics, which also sets its own cookies — see 'Analytics' and 'Cookies' below.
- Your IP address: used to stop one sender flooding the enquiry form. This is a rate limit, not a record — the address is not saved with your enquiry.
- Campaign information: if you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters, we record those parameters and the page you landed on.
- Advertising click identifiers: if you arrive by clicking an advert, the identifier the advertising platform adds to the link is recorded with your enquiry. See 'Advertising identifiers' below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are useful. It reports in aggregate: nobody at Soludome looks at an individual visitor's session, and we do not build profiles.
What it receives is a fixed list we chose, and nothing else leaves the browser. For every page: which page it is, what kind of page it is, its canonical address, and its language. For each action you take: what you did, where on the page it happened, and — for a link — the destination and the link's own label. Measurement is blocked from reaching Google until our code has checked every value against that list.
- We never send it the contents of the enquiry form — no name, email address, company, description, budget, timeline or any other field you filled in.
- We never send it the advertising click identifiers described above. Those stay in our own systems.
- We never send it anything you typed. Link labels are page copy written by us, and a value that looks like an email address is refused before the event is recorded.
- Google Analytics sets cookies. We have not placed a consent banner in front of them, so they are set as soon as you load a page — see the next section.

Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to decide whether and how we can help. That is the purpose for which the information was given to us, and it is the purpose we use it for.
We also use aggregate, non-identifying information — which pages are read, which calls to action are used — to work out which parts of this site are useful. This is reported in aggregate; nobody is looking at one person's session.
Advertising identifiers
When you click an advert that leads to this site, the advertising platform appends an identifier to the link. We record it with your enquiry so we can tell which campaigns produce enquiries that we can actually help with.
These identifiers are kept first-party only. They are never sent to Google Analytics, never sent to the advertising platform, and never included in any payload that leaves our own systems. They do not identify you by name, and we do not combine them with any other data to try to do so.

Our basis for processing
Where you send us an enquiry, we process it because you asked us to and because it is necessary to take steps towards a contract with you. Where we measure which pages are useful, we rely on our legitimate interest in running an effective site, balanced against the fact that the information is aggregate and the single-record identifiers are random.
We do not rely on consent for the enquiry form, because the form is how you ask us for something. If a consent mechanism is introduced for advertising or non-essential measurement, it will be an active choice that you can decline without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it
Enquiries and the information attached to them are retained for 13 months from the date you send them, and then deleted.
The period is long enough to compare a campaign against the equivalent period a year earlier, which is the comparison it exists to support, and then it expires. The page you were reading is recorded in your own browser's session storage, which lasts until you close the tab, and is not sent anywhere on its own.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so, and it will not be retained for the remainder of the period.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process information on our instructions and for no other purpose of their own.
- Cloudflare, which serves this website and processes the enquiry form at the network edge.
- An email delivery provider, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox. The enquiry is transmitted through it, so it could be held on its systems in transit.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics. It receives the page and event values described above and sets its own cookies. It does not receive your enquiry.
Where it is processed
This site is served from Cloudflare's network, which operates globally. An enquiry may therefore be handled at a location outside your own country while it is in transit. Cloudflare processes the form submission; the resulting email is delivered to our inbox.
Google Analytics is operated by Google and may process measurement data in any country where Google operates infrastructure, which includes the United States. That is a transfer of the page and event values described above, and not of your enquiry.
Where a transfer is subject to a legal mechanism, that mechanism is the provider's standard contractual terms. No separate transfer agreement is in place.

What you can ask us to do
Send any request to sales@soludome.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm who you are, which for a single enquiry means matching the email address you wrote from.
- Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will.
- Object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it.
- Complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets them: `_ga` and `_ga_<identifier>`, which are how it tells one visit from another and how many people return. They are set when the page loads.
There is no consent banner on this site, so those cookies are not gated behind an active choice. If a consent mechanism is introduced, this section changes with it.
If you have a content blocker or privacy extension installed, this site neither detects it nor works around it. Blocking the analytics script does not affect anything you can do here.
Separately from cookies, we use your browser's session storage to remember, for the length of your visit, which page you first arrived on and which call to action you used. That value stays in your browser, is attached to an enquiry only if you choose to submit one, and is discarded when you close the tab.
